WAPAF! It's Thanksgiving weekend and I need to pack for my trip down to Boston to see my cousins. -_-; The last time we went down at this time of year (for my Aunt's birthday), we set up a surprise birthday party for her. Unfortunately, my uncle was more eager to play a round of golf than prepare the party, and I managed to get stuck with Tyra all the time, who at four years old doesn't provide much companionship.

Anyway...school's off for four days until Tuesday, we're leaving tonight and I'm blogging while posting on Gaia and listening to classical music (yes, Sam, REAL MUSIC >_>). Can you believe this post (on Gaia)? If I ever meet these people I will kill/stab/strangle/maim/decapitate/mutilate/cut them many times and then dump them into a pool full of vinegar and salt water/etc.!

The question on this post was, "Do Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter belong at anime conventions? " (Just by seeing "Lord of the Rings" in there gives you an idea of what I'm mad about)

The answer (from anime_freek66): "i really dont think thay belong thay need to hold thouse costumes for halloween or another type of con so i dont think hp of lotr belong!" plus about 4 or 5 angry and yelling emoticons.

The second answer (from MalkaviaFox): "I seriously get annoyed by them As I am in now way a LOTR person, it severely annoys me to have it still going in my face when I'm at a place I was hoping I could escape that. I can;t tell you how mad Gandalf at Otakon made me. This is our genre man! Not for MORE Lotr publicity. "

No, I didn't change the spelling or anything in the first post. BAH! I can't believe those people! They obviously don't appreciate the wonders of The Lord of the Rings or have any respect for those that do. Plus one of them spells horribly, and the other's sentences are run-ons (well, one of them) or have improper punctuation, which is annoying. >_> Yes, I'm a nit-picker when it comes to English grammar. Don't expect me to ever grade you "nicely" on an English grammar test because I will deduct marks for every little mistake I find. XD

ANYWAY...I've finished packing (three sets of clothes, toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.), but we're leaving after Catherine's violin lessons, which ends at about 4 (it's 3:10 right now).

Grr. As much as I like classical music (yes, Sam, REAL MUSIC. Again. XD), I don't feel up to listening to Cat play scales over and over again. Not to mention that she kicked me off of the main computer in the living room because of her lessons, and the laptop I'm on doesn't have any classical music.

Music being listened to now: TWINS.

Ahh, good old Chinese pop music. O_o; It's kind of odd, but cool. I don't understand what they're saying though, since my Cantonese isn't that good - but I'm sure that Vincent or someone could make sense of it. If I ever get around to it, I'll put up a TWINS song for you guys (another chance to scar more people for life...MOOHAHA!) but for the meantime I'll put up a picture of Charlene and Gillian. They're the main singers in TWINS, but aren't real twins. Hmm. >_> Charlene is Canadian though (the one in pink), from what I've heard.

Anyway (I need a new word -_-;), yesterday nothing really happened. Day 6; we had French first, Music, Biology and then English.

French class was pretty average and boring. I handed in my homework on the Hikikomoris in Japan, even though it was due about two days ago, then we corrected more homework which I hadn't done because I forgot by books in my locker. -_- I'm really horrible with homework, aren't I? It isn't like it's difficult, but I'm always too lazy to do it. Luckily she didn't check it today, so I got off easy.

Music was the same as usual, too, and extremely boring. Even though I love music class, it doesn't feel like any fun in comparison with jazz band. Is our class really that bad? Anyway, nothing happened.

I couldn't find anybody at lunch, since Ari was gone somewhere (I can't remember if it was because she had a detention with Sayfy or not) and Nat and Sam had already gone out without me. Eventually I caught up with them, and we ate lunch on the bleachers outside. After I'd finished my sandwich, we fed the crusts to the seagulls, and bought some bread rolls from the caf. to feed them. The seagulls remind me of feeding the fish in the Koi ponds in China.

Third was Biology...Nothing happened. We covered most of the circulatory system and I nearly finished the picture I drew in my agenda.

Last was English. We watched the vice-presidential debate, which personally I found horrible. Chaney spoke for Bush better than Bush did, and Edwards made the same bumbling mistakes as Bush did when he spoke.

"In Iran...I mean, Iraq..."

"Yeah, something something Saddam Hussein. I mean, Osama bin Laden."

Anyway, I'll finish posting about the rest of yesterday later. In the meantime, I'm going to be writing another post.
